How much will it cost me?

Individual counselling:

Initial assessment session - FREE (1 hour)  

On-going sessions - £50 (1 hour)

Hypnotherapy - £50 (1 hour)

Couples

Initial assessment session - £25 (1 hour)

Ongoing sessions - £60 (1 ¼ hours)

Group - £25 per person (1 1/2 or 2 hours)

Supervision - £50 (1 hour)

I also have a limited amount of low cost counselling spaces.  

These are for people in individual counselling only who are

currently not in employment and will be offered for daytime

appointments only, £25  

I prefer payment by cash, credit / debit card or electronic transfer and

can also accept cheques.  

What if I have to cancel an appointment?

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.

Outside of this no charge will be made.
