Emotional Freedom Technique

This approach is often referred to as “tapping”.  It’s a useful technique to learn in therapy and something you can take away and use as a “tool”.  It’s most effective in reducing anxiety and stress levels, reducing negative emotions, reducing food cravings and reducing or eliminating pain.  


It works through a combination of tapping certain energy meridian points on your body and repeating positive affirmations.  It may look and feel a little silly but it works!  As a result medical practitioners are now using it in every corner of the country and the world.
